Fixture Postponements / Rescheduling: click to complete
Any fixture which is postponed or rescheduled must be advised to the Board Fixtures Secretary Via the Clubs Secretary. No Communication or Correspondence will be accepted with regard to fixtures unless it is communicated through the agreed sanctioned channels.
When a fixture is being postponed the following procedure must be followed to advise the board
1) The Secretaries of both clubs must email the Fixtures secretary to notify of the postponement and the agreed refixture date
2) The clubs must record the postponement (this can be done by the mentor or club secretary) on the Boards Postponement Database by clicking on the LINK above
